Services described on the site are delivered on a bespoke basis, following a site visit and a signed detailed quotation.

Requests sent through the contact form, WhatsApp or email do not constitute a construction contract: they are an expression of interest that we will reply to with a personalized offer.

Promotional prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary depending on: room size, existing condition, chosen materials, technical requirements, installations, requested finishes and accessibility of the property.

The final price is the one stated in the signed quotation.

Text, images, trademarks and logos on the site are owned by Luxuryhome Sagl or used under licence. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
